Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with product returns and exchanges. To initiate a return, please email us at info@bellmanco.com or call our customer care at +91-92662 02555 10 AM-6 PM IST on 6 DAYS (Monday to Saturday). Bellmanco is not responsible for damage to products during return shipping.
Returns Policy Terms & Conditions
- Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Sale items are not eligible for exchange, refund, or return.
- Include the completed Return form and original invoice with your return.
- In case the item(s) is faulty or a different product (style code/size/ colour ) from what was ordered, we shall exchange the product, you may also contact us for our assistance on customer care
- Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
- If an exchange is not possible, we’ll issue a store credit valid for 3 months.
- No cash refunds. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed through the original payment method.
- In-store purchases cannot be returned online, and online purchases cannot be returned in-store.
- No guarantee for, including but not limited to, Colours, Zari, artificial crystals/stonesor delicate materials used on products.
To process your exchange:
- Return items within 7 days of receipt
- Include the original Bellmanco invoice
- No returns or exchanges on sale items
- Include a completed Returns Form
Bellmanco reserves the right to refuse exchanges or refunds if these conditions are not met.
How to Request a Refund:
- To initiate a refund, please email us at info@bellmanco.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions on how to proceed.
